Sales services include both pre and post
sale support. Our knowledgeable sales staff,
none of whom work on commission, will take
the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages
of different options. After purchase the
same people are available to answer questions
and provide direction. Since no one is paid
on commission they are just as willing to
talk to existing customers as to potential
new customers.
Cottage Computers' purchasing
department will special order equipment,
parts, software, or supplies that are not
stocked. Since we order from our distributors
several times a week most items can be quickly
obtained. The computer industry is a highly
cost competitive industry and selling prices
are always discounted based on our cost
plus a small markup, not on the suggested
retail price.
Cottage Computers' Service
Department both repairs and upgrades IBM
compatible systems. We also help the customer
determine whether the repairs and upgrades
are worth doing or whether it is time to
either purchase a new system or custom build
a system using parts from their existing
computer. |
